Inventory Management

VA2's inventory management module can be used as a per-sale upload facility, full blown inventory mgmt or as an integrated inventory solution with 3rd party systems. Fields can be customized to your individual needs. Custom reports included.


Online Invoicing & Payments

Virtual Auction generates invoices for floor, online and absentee bidders after each sale. Upon receipt, users can pay their invoices via our integrated Authorize.net (credit cards & checking accounts), Google Checkout, PayPal or ePay solutions. Invoices can be previewed prior to sending.


Consignor Settlements

Consignor settlements are automatically generated after each sale. Upon approval by the auction house, these can be sent to the consignors via Virtual Auctions integrated email module.


User Section

Virtual Auction includes an Auction House branded user section. This section of your website requires a login and password, and enables users to:


  • View upcoming auction catalog
  • View items won/items lost/bidding on/ category watch
  • Category Watch notifies users when an item that matches their Previously indicated area of interest (by category or keyword) becomes available for sale
  • View and pay invoices
  • View consignor settlements
  • User contact with 20+ email templates. These range from automated system and sale registrations to registration confirmations, invoice notifications and "you've been outbid" notices. All emails will be sent from your domain and will feature your branding.

Integrated Clerking Console

Change bid increment and asking bid on the fly, skip to any log, communicate with bidders directly, accept floor bidders, input floor bider number.
